This gala dinner was certainly a feast of entertainment and gourmet food with a delicious three course meal. The event paid tribute to the icon of Ubuntu, Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, whose magnanimous spirit is an inspiration to us all and certainly a life to be celebrated. The event is a favourite on the Ubuntu calendar of events as it truly is an emotionally charged evening of music, song and celebration in the spirit of Ubuntu. Performers of the evening included: Resident Band, Mtika, Yolanda Yawa, The Gugulethu Tenors and Sibongile Mngoma.
